Had a lovely stay! Spacious rooms with a modern vibe and a peaceful courtyard to unwind.

Perfect breakfast - plenty of meals. Huge & new-fashioned rooms with the TV, stylish furnishings plus sofa. Favourable location, at walking distance from an ancient Roman ruin.

Beds were a bit hard.

Overall - perfect and incredibly beautiful place with EXCEPTIONAL staff except from that one manager. Great location in really quiet area, so close to trams, all the attractions and restaurants, boutiques, and the best Gelato bar literally on the doorstep.

I was expecting a gracious welcome, but instead, they made us sit outside while they fumbled with paperwork. I had a particular interest in enjoying clean accommodations, but one of the duvets had hairs on it, like really? No access to netflix? It's almost as if they thought i didn't matter. I almost left a great review, but just couldn't.

The location was decent, relatively near I Navigli. Moreover, it was 20 minutes on foot from the downtown. Loved central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen TV in the room.

Cleaner standards could use attention. Some hairs on duvets were off-putting. TV channels only in Italian, and no access to Netflix hindered entertainment options considerably. AC control issues affected comfort at night, with shared systems leaving some guests too hot or cold at times.
